Booking Policy * Deposits are non-refundable and go toward the service total. Cancellation Policy * Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance. * Repeated cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings. Rescheduling Policy * One complimentary reschedule may be allowed with proper notice. * Rescheduling within the cancellation window may forfeit the deposit towards the next appointment. Late Arrival Policy * Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to modify their service, reschedule, or forfeit their appointment. * A $10 fee is added after 15 minutes. * Full service prices still apply. No-Show Policy * No-shows will be banned from future bookings. Guest Policy * No extra guests unless approved beforehand/back to back appointments * Children should not accompany appointments unless being serviced. Service Timing Policy * Appointment times are estimates. * Please allow flexibility in your schedule. * Quality and safety take priority over speed. Nail Repair Policy * Complimentary repairs are offered within 3–10 days for workmanship-related issues. * Breaks caused by accidents, misuse, or picking are not covered. Foreign Work Policy * Additional fees may apply for removals from another nail technician. * Certain products may require complete removal before service. Refund Policy * No refunds on completed services. * Concerns must be communicated within a specified timeframe so reasonable corrections can be made. Design Change Policy * Design changes requested during the appointment may result in additional time and fees. * Reference photos should be sent before the appointment when possible. Payment Policy * Payment is due immediately upon completion of service. Health & Safety Policy * Services will not be performed on infected, damaged, or unhealthy nails. * Clients experiencing contagious illnesses may be asked to reschedule. After-Hours / Emergency Appointment Policy * Premium fees apply to appointments outside normal business hours. Chargeback Policy * Filing a chargeback after receiving services may result in a permanent booking ban and collection of supporting documentation.
